KingPin only collects the minimum amount of data required to provide our services. This includes:

• Account information (email and password hash).
• Transaction history for billing purposes.
• Technical logs (IP addresses and browser types) for security and performance monitoring.

Unlike institutional repositories, KingPin does not store the content of your papers. When you submit a document for a Turnitin report:

• The file is processed in a temporary, sandboxed environment.
• The file is never added to any global database or repository.
• All document content is purged from our systems within 24 hours of report generation.

We use industry-standard AES-256 encryption to protect your data both in transit and at rest. Our infrastructure is regularly audited to ensure the highest levels of security.

We never share your personal information with third-party advertisers or institutions. Your activity on KingPin is strictly between you and our platform.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. You can request a full account deletion through your dashboard settings, which will permanently remove all your data from our active records.
