By accessing or using the KingPin platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. Our tools are designed for personal academic improvement and integrity.

KingPin provides academic integrity tools, including Turnitin similarity reports and AI detection bypass technology. These services are provided "as is" and are intended for the user's private educational use.

KingPin operates on a strict "No Footprints" policy. We do not store, index, or archive any documents submitted through our private Turnitin portal. Your work is processed in a temporary environment and purged immediately after the report is generated.

Users are responsible for maintaining their own copies of submitted documents. KingPin is not liable for data loss once a session is closed and the temporary data is purged.

Users agree to use KingPin tools in a manner consistent with their local laws and institutional policies. While our tools provide privacy and help refine content, the ultimate responsibility for academic integrity lies with the student.

• You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
• You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

KingPin operates on a credit-based and subscription-based system. All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified by local law. Premium accounts grant access to exclusive features and higher processing limits.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing structure at any time. Active subscriptions will be honored at the agreed rate until the end of the billing cycle.
